Steve White — Friends Since 9th Grade

Bill and Steve White — friends since the 9th grade — suited up and shaking hands outside what appears to be a church or school building.

In Bill's words: "We weren't acting funny — we were funny."

A friendship now more than 55 years old. Steve would later drive Bill's mother to his college graduation so she could attend. He is now a board member of CrossCulture Community Foundation. Some friendships are built for the long haul.
