Forty Years of Prayer

This is the missionary prayer card that Millie Winget kept for forty years.

When Bill Majors left for Korea in 1982, prayer cards like this one were distributed to friends, family, and church members — a simple request to remember a young man crossing the world on a calling.

Millie kept hers. Every year for four decades, through everything that happened on both sides of the world, she kept it.

After Millie passed, her daughter Tamara found it and mailed it to Bill in Seoul. The handwritten address corrections on the card — updated as Bill moved from Kwangju to Seoul — are the record of a life in motion and a friend who never lost track of him.
